Practical information
Each participant is expected to deliver a flash presentation and present a poster during the poster market of the session they are assigned to.
Flash presentations are short oral Powerpoint presentation strictly limited to 3 minutes. Once ready, please send the Powerpoint presentation to enfi2023@ulb.be before July 12.
For the poster market the maximum poster size can be A0 poster (841 x 1189 mm) but of course you can also choose A1 poster size (594 x 841 mm). There will be 4 poster prizes (one winner per session).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Once your registration is fully settled, you will be given a badge that you should wear at all times. Registration fee will give access to the conference lunches, coffee breaks and dinner.
The certificate of attendance will be sent to registered participants by email upon request after the conference.
Access to the conference venue
The conference will be held in the Forum E of the Campus La Plaine of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), in the municipality of Ixelles. If you come by metro, when you get out of the metro at the station Delta, take the exit 2 (campus VUB/ULB), continue straight on and follow the indications below that will bring you to the venue.
If you come by bus, stop at ‘Fraiteur’, you will enter the Campus la Plaine by the entrance 2. Follow the signs that will bring you to EnFI 2023.

Access to the conference dinner venue
From the conference venue, you can take metro line 5 in Delta or bus 71 at the stop Fraiteur. If you take the metro, take line 5 direction Erasme and stop in Gare Centrale, the Grand-Place is 5 min walking from there. If you take the bus 71, stop in Gare Centrale and walk to the Grand-Place.
