REGISTRATION FEES

Early bird registration fee:  170 € (before June 19th 2023)

Late registration fee: 210 € (after June 19th 2023)

Registration fees include: conference inscription and materials, lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner

2) Please fill up the registration form and email it to the address indicated in the file, together with a proof of payment. In case of one single payment for a group of persons, please indicate the name of the participants for whom you have paid in the email you send us. The registration form can be downloaded below.

3) Email a copy of the confirmation of the bank transfer to: enfi2023@ulb.be
If you need an invoice, please indicate this in the message and provide details.

4) Once receipt of money has been confirmed, your registration to the conference will be acknowledged. You will receive a confirmation message within 72h from submission. Please contact us if this is not the case.
